All water supply lines are copper with the pressure tested TWICE to 120 psi (code is only 100) absolutely NO joints under slab
Pressure regulator valve by the hot water heater to eliminate fluctuations in pressure that can damage pipes, faucets and fixtures.
Extra “whole house” shut off valve is conveniently located at the water heater.
50 gal. “quick recovery” gas water heater operates without electricity.
HVAC: 13 Seer efficiency rated units- comfort zoned. Units are sized to MORE THAN accommodate the square footage, with branch dampers to each line for maximum comfort and efficiency… with a minimum of 3 ceiling fans per home.
Elect: All BR, Bonus, LR, Back Porches, Offices are pre-wired for Fan/light combinations with double switches. Dimmer switches in DR.

Paint: A minimum of 2 coats NOT cheap contractor’s paint. Good Grade of Porter Paint on walls, and the trim is done with a heavy duty, High Gloss, OIL BASED Enamel
Carpet: minimum 44 ounce with 6# padding
Hardwood is a PRE-Finished and RE-Finishable #/8 inch wood.
Cabinets feature Dove-tailed drawers, Solid wood facings and plywood box construction... NOT pressed wood!
The Benefits of a Monolithic Slab
A “Monolithic” slab: Mono, meaning singular, means that all of the concrete is poured at one time, so that it is all tied together in one solid piece.
Our slabs are 3000 psi (pounds per square inch)

On a Limestone gravel base with 1/2 inch Rebar and wire mesh
(Driveways, sidewalks and patios have Fiber mesh and non-skid broom finish. Garage floors are slick finished)
Eliminating crawlspaces eliminates water problems, mold, mildew, insect infestation (particularly termites), rodents and your pipes will never freeze in a heated home.
No floor sags, squeaks, etc. Tile will not shift or crack, wood will not separate or buckle from groundwater moisture. For these reasons, most commercial buildings are built on slabs. (Ex: Lowes, Home Depot etc.)
There are never any joints in the plumbing under slab.
Slab construction allows a “No Stair” entry from the garage, and minimal stairs at exterior entrances
